Through this service, you can order from the choicest gift items shown on the site while making the payment online/prepaid card. The gift will be delivered at an approximate time and address given by you, according to your specifications.

How can I place an order/make the payment?
 

You can follow these simple steps to place an order on bd Gifts Portal:

Adding Items to Cart

While browsing through gift items, by simply clicking on 'Buy Now' button seen beside an item that you wish to buy, you can add it to your Shopping Cart . Each time you add an item to your cart, the screen will display your Shopping Cart Contents. You may continue adding items that you intend to purchase to your Shopping Cart until you wish to check out.

Checking Out

After you have finished selecting gifts, you can review the list and prices of your chosen item/s clicking on the 'Shopping Cart' link available on the top-right corner of every page on the site. You may add more items, remove any item/s that you do not wish to purchase, or change quantity of purchase from this list before checking out. After reviewing the items listed in the Shopping Cart and their pricing details, you can click on 'Check Out' button to start the ordering process.

Giving Delivery Details

In the ordering process, you will be asked to give us the delivery details including the delivery address, approximate delivery date (wherever applicable) and any message that you wish to send along with the gift. Before you confirm your order, you will be shown all the order details along with the shipping and other charges and special discounts (if applicable)

Confirmation & Delivery:

After confirming the order, you will be required to choose a suitable payment option to complete the ordering process.  As soon as we receive the payment authorisation, a confirmation mail will be sent to you. You can also check the status of your order by clicking on 'Order History' link on the My Account page at any point of time.

  Simply go to Your Account and click on Edit User Profile, then make the necessary changes.
   
What happens if I do not correct the information?
  In this case, the system will not allow you to finalize the order, and it will never be processed.
   
What can I do if the order is shipped but the shipping address provided is incorrect?
  In this case, you can return the shipment back to our address (given on the website) but you’ll be charged for reshipping.

  When you place an order with us, you need to create a username & password during the process. You can use the same to log in to your account to check your order status.

How can I track my order?
  You can easily track the status of all orders placed by you at Bd Gifts Portal by logging in to My Account page and clicking on 'Order History' link. An order may have reached either of these four stages:

a) In Process: which means the approval/verification of your order/payment by our payment gateway is underway.

b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. The order will be executed as per your specifications.

c) Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped.

d) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway. Click here to place a new order.

Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
  You can cancel any order placed by you on the store, provided that it hasn't entered the shipping process. The Cancel an Order link will not be available after your order has entered the shipping process. From your My Account page, you can click on Track your Pending Orders and select the order that you wish to be cancelled.
