Using bd Gifts Portal

Bd Gifts Portal allows a user-friendly navigation, making it convenient for you to select from its extensive range of gift items. Even easier is the process of placing order and sending the chosen gifts to your dear ones right from your desktop. Bd Gifts Portal homepage dispays a list of the gift categories or groups classified on basis of gift type, occassion, or regional speciality. You may click on a category to browse into further divided sub-categories that present our comprehensive range of gift items. By clicking on any item listed therein, you can view the details of your desired gift item along with its picture, price and other specifications making your choice easier.

Creating User Account:
Before you start shopping on Bd Gifts Portal, you need to create a personal user account by giving us information which will allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions. This will also help you to track your orders, review your previous orders, maintain your personal address book online and avail other personalized services at Bd Gifts Portal.

Placing an Order:
You can follow these simple steps to place an order on bd Gifts Portal:

1. Adding Items to Cart
While browsing through gift items, by simply clicking on 'Buy Now' button seen beside an item that you wish to buy, you can add it to your Shopping Cart . Each time you add an item to your cart, the screen will display your Shopping Cart Contents. You may continue adding items that you intend to purchase to your Shopping Cart until you wish to check out.

2. Checking Out
After you have finished selecting gifts, you can review the list and prices of your chosen item/s clicking on the 'Shopping Cart' link available on the top-right corner of every page on the site. You may add more items, remove any item/s that you do not wish to purchase, or change quantity of purchase from this list before checking out. After reviewing the items listed in the Shopping Cart and their pricing details, you can click on 'Check Out' button to start the ordering process.

4. Giving Delivery Details
In the ordering process, you will be asked to give us the delivery details including the delivery address, approximate delivery date (wherever applicable) and any message that you wish to send along with the gift. Before you confirm your order, you will be shown all the order details along with the shipping and other charges and special discounts (if applicable)

5. Making Payment:
After confirming the order, you will be required to choose a suitable payment option to complete the ordering process. You may choose to pay online by filling in your credit card/ debit card/ net banking information on our 128 bit encryption secured payment gateway powered by ABCpayments.com

6. Confirmation & Delivery:
As soon as we receive the payment authorisation, a confirmation mail will be sent to you. You can also check the status of your order by clicking on 'Order History' link on the My Account page at any point of time.

Payment Options:
At present we accept Master/ Visa Credit Cards (International), Prepaid Cards. Soon we are coming up with host of other payment options also.

Tracking Order Status:
You can easily track the status of all orders placed by you at Bd Gifts Portal by logging in to My Account page and clicking on 'Order History' link. An order may have reached either of these four stages:

a) In Process: which means the approval/verification of your order/payment by our payment gateway is underway,
b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. The order will be executed as per your specifications,
c) Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped; or
d) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway. Click here to place a new order.

Cancelling an Order:
You can cancel any order placed by you on the store, provided that it hasn't entered the shipping process. The Cancel an Order link will not be available after your order has entered the shipping process. From your My Account page, you can click on Track your Pending Orders and select the order that you wish to be cancelled.

Search & Advance Search:
Bd Gifts Portal offers a vast variety of gifts. You may use the Search utilities available on the portal to make your gift search easy.

Item Search: You may simply type the keyword that you wish to look for in the text box on top of each page on the portal and press 'Search'. The resulting page will display all related products available at Bd Gifts Portal.

Shop By Price: This utility enables you to see all the items available at Bd Gifts Portal that fall within your desired price range across all categories. Just select your price-range in the drop-down list on the left column given at each page and click 'GO' to search.

Using my Account

Updating My Account Details:
You can change your My Account details (eg., contact address, telephone number etc.) available with us by logging into My Account and accessing the My Profile page where you can view your personal details submitted to us. By clicking the 'Edit Profile' button, you will be able to update any information therein.

Using Prepaid Card
First time we are Provide prepaid card. You can easily track the status of all orders placed by you at Bd Gifts Portal by logging in to My Account page and clicking on 'Prepaid Account' link. Input your card hidden number to the text box & recharge your account.

Changing Password:
You can change your login password by logging into My Account and accessing the My Profile page. On clicking the 'Change Password' button, you will be required to fill in your existing password and the new desired password. Clicking on 'Change' button will assign you the desired password.

Reviewing Your Previous Purchases:
You can easily view all orders placed by you in the past at Bd Gifts Portal along with status of each order by logging in to My Account page and clicking on 'Order History' link.

Creating Personal Address Book:
You can store contact addresses of your dear ones in your personal address book at Bd Gifts Portal and refer to them online anytime from any where to send gifts to them. You can add entries to your address book logging into My Account page and clicking on 'My Address' link. To add entries, just click on 'Add New Address' button. You can store unlimited number of contacts in your address book, which can also be updated and deleted at any point of time. These contacts will be kept confidential in conformance to our Privacy Policy
